Recently our AC broke down and we obtained bids from five companies (all of which were highly rated) for system repair/replacement. We chose Air Concepts to do the project as their bid was quite thorough and well-explained by Kelly Mae …

Air Concepts is a CLASS ACT! We were very impressed by Kelly Mae who worked up her bid IMMEDIATELY IN WRITING, while sitting at our house, and presented us with a binder that she’d prepared specifically for us, prior to her arrival. By the time she left, there was NO OTHER company we’d have wanted to do our job. One of the things we had considered was possibly moving our air conditioning unit to the roof. The first company told us we’d need a crane to do it . . . Then never presented a bid. We never heard from them again. The second company confirmed the need for a crane for that job. They said they’d have to check with our city to see what was required for moving an air conditioner to the roof. They also asked us if we wanted to use permits or not for the job? Kelly at Air Concepts knew immediately that the city we lived in did not allow units on the roof, so there was no option for that — crane or not. Kelly KNEW OUR CITY ORDINANCES. She also made it known that her company would pull all the appropriate permits for the job. Her company has too much INTEGRITY to consider doing a job without the appropriate legal permits. How was the communication? STELLAR! From beginning, to end, if we emailed them, or phoned them, we had an almost immediate response. Casey, who dealt with me on the phone was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and expedient. When she said she’d have Kelly call me right away . . . Kelly called me right away. I think the longest we waited for a phone response was probably ten minutes, and that’s because Casey was out of the office. But even so . . . Kelly fielded the call. Next, there was the installation process. SMOOTH. CLEAN. The workers were nice, polite, and respectful of our property. They came when they said they would come, and immediately following each day’s work, we would receive a communication from AirConcepts reminding us of what was scheduled next, and who would be here. The workers used booties over their shoes whenever entering our house, called us prior to coming to say they were on their way, and let us know when they were leaving the job at the end of the day. In the past, I’ve had construction people simply walk onto the property without coming to the door first to let me know they were here. Not the case with the installers for Air Concepts! They used plastic on our floors, and were cognizant of our white area rug, covering it as well, even though it wasn’t directly in the walking path, but adjacent. We had questions for the installers, and when our questions veered from installation to something else, (we had to have an abatement company remove a pole in a closet) they immediately communicated with someone from the company who could give us the answers. Finally, There isn’t a single other company I would hire to do my air conditioning and heating after this wonderful experience. These people have company pride, honor, honesty and integrity. We are thrilled with the results, and highly recommend them to anyone. AirConcepts is the first company in 40 years I have EVER had complete and total satisfaction with, and the first company I have ever bothered to recommend. Our new units are quiet, clean, efficient, and made in America. Lastly, Kelly who is the second generation of family owners of AirConcepts is no-nonsense, knowledgeable and direct. She requires all her employees to take classes so you know they are well-trained and up-to-date. Call them now. You won’t regret it.

I have attempted to install a HVAC System for some time and no one would give me prices I could agree with or equipment I could trust.
