You guys ROCK! Called on Friday afternoon due an error message with our American Stamdard platinum communicating air conditioner causing it not to work. On Saturday Riz with Air Concepts arrives and does a thorough inspection to diagnose the issue. This guy knew my system inside and out and is VERY knowledgeable. While in the garage looking at the blower control unit, he says âI bet a million I know the problem, let me go look at the unitâ. He goes to the roof where the heat pump is and within minutes solves the problem! A few minutes later our house is cooling down. And, I thought this was gonna be a $1000 repair on my 5 year old expensive system. Nope. The diagnosis (which was accurate!) was $87 and the repair fee was $190. Riz was so polite and professional and I kept his card so I can call them for our future maintenance needs. Oh. Speaking of maintenance he said he took care of that while here and to call next year for the tune up. 5 stars for this honest and professional company.

I was absolutely panicking, when my New heater came on, It sounded like a jet engine taking off. It really freaked me out. Luckily, Iâm on their annual maintenance program. I called Air Concepts and Frank, who answered, had Riz come out the same day. Riz was extremely nice & explained that with the new heater, when it gets extremely cold, they will make that noise heating up. Air Concepts has been OUTSTANDING!
Of course we had the experienced of issues during the hottest stretch of the summer. However, Air Concepts worked diligently to get us cool again. From the call for an appointment with SAME DAY SERVICE by the professional and knowledgeable Riz who immediately narrowed down the issue, discussed possibilities, coordinated and set-up an appointment with Kelly the next business day. Kelly came out on time, confirmed issue, verified no additional HVAC concerns, and promptly within hours provided quotes for (3) solutions. Scheduler promptly got us on schedule to minimize our no A/C downtime. Mark and Riz installed a new AC unit with courtesy and professionalism. The Team has been a pleasure to work with and the communication process (via text, emails, and call availability) were superb.
We didn't realize how ineffective our AC was operating until now. We will be calling them again for any follow-up maintenance service.

The service was great. From the person I spoke to (Frank) to the technician that came out (Mark); both were very helpful. They were patient, listened and Mark was extremely cool about answering my questions, and explaining things to me about my AC unit.
The only âcomplaintâ I have is that the part that was needed was way overpriced. I paid over $600 to have a $20-30 part at most installed. I will credit that Mark also checked out other parts of the AC unit and educated me on keeping my AC unit running smoothly. I know itâs tough to say how much someoneâs experience and knowledge are worth, but it did seem very expensive for a quick and minor part swap install.

Marks professionalism, honesty and willingness to diagnose and resolve our hvac issue was greatly appreciated. This was the only good experience I have had with a HVAC repair in 11+ years. It has been a struggle to find a credible company and technician. Today I found both.
